The Bay Run, Sydney by bike

7.9 km

The Bay Run circles Iron Cove in Sydney's inner west on a shared path, past parks, sea walls and views up the Parramatta River. This route starts at Leichhardt Park Aquatic Centre, rounds Rodd Point and crosses back over the Iron Cove Bridge.

It's one of the city's favourite running routes too, so it's busy in the mornings and evenings. Ride slowly and give runners and walkers plenty of room.
